| An all-state underclass selection in 2006, Dannewitz was also selected to the all-CIF-SS team after helping San Jacinto (Calif.) to the divisional finals. Dannewitz says he bench presses 290 pounds, power cleans 225 and has a vertical jump of 23".
Dannewitz reports a 3.4 core GPA and a 1310 SAT (three parts)/900 (two parts). Expects to retake but is already qualified.
Dannewitz; "The schools all want me for offensive tackle, not offensive guard. I've never played offensive guard. I'm 6-6, 275 or 280 pounds. I'm a good pass blocker and can protect the quarterback's backside. I'm working on drills to keep me low so I can get better leverage..." |
