As a junior, he had 104 carries for 1,238 yards and nine touchdowns. He also added 10 catches for 178 yards and three touchdowns. On defense, at corner, Rouson had 78 total tackles. He was named first team all-conference on offense and honorable mention all-conference on defense.

Rouson: "I have a great work ethic and I am always doing everything I can to get my team the win. I will run, catch, block, whatever. My coach makes me do different things so I can expand my game and it has really helped me. I am a total team player. I compare myself to Brian Westbrook of the Phildelphia Eagles because that is the kind of complete back I am."
