		By Andrew Friedman Date: May 31, 2006 Matt Ballenger took an unofficial visit to Colorado last month before being offered by the CU staff just a few weeks later. The 6-foot-2 1/2, 200-pound signal caller received the Buff scholarship extension after Offensive Coordinator Mark Helfrich saw him at an all-Idaho High School Combine. Ballenger may take the CU staff up on their generous proposal in the coming weeks.
