White is incredibly strong		By Andrew Friedman Buff Country Editor Date: Feb 16, 2004 Jesse White will be one of the strongest players in the nation this year. He is vastly developed for a player his age and he also has very good speed for a player his size. White already possesses an offer from the UCLA Bruins. He is very interested in the home-state Buffs, but has not heard from the staff through the mail just yet. He will attend CU's annual junior day this month.
