HS Coach Ron Aydelott: “He’s a great player. In the top classification in the state, he was one of the three finalists for the state’s top lineman. He’s an elite player. He runs about 5-flat. There’s not many big kids, at least coming out of high school, that move that well that I’ve ever seen. The thing that most people don’t know about Eugene is he just turned 17 in September. So he’s going to get better with a little bit of age, and I think that was the thing Colorado saw. With a year, and possibly, two – I think he’s a can’t miss kid.”
