Four players have signed with CU thus far and there is one player that will not sign today and maybe not ever.

Highly-recruited Defensive End Conrad Obi was the first player to fax in his letter-of-intent to Colorado this morning. He was followed by Florida OL/DL Mike Iltis.

After those two came CB Lamont Smith and QB Matt Ballenger.

Texas LB Robert Hall will not sign with CU today and he might not ever. It appears that the CU staff may have rescinded his scholarship offer a while back for unknown reasons. The BSN will add more details to this story as they become available.
