Ohio Big Athlete Vincent Browne Likes CU

Colorado is having success out east this class as the Buffs already have one commit from Pennsylvania and are receiving a lot of interest from many players in the region. One such player is Vincent Browne from Lisbon, Ohio. The versatile big man has a CU offer and is planning on visiting.

Vertical:"31
From: Lisbon, Ohio

As a junior, Vincent Browne racked up over 100 tackles while netting All-County and All-Tri County honors. On offense, he played offensive tackle and some tight end. On defense, he played at end and linebacker. "I get to the ball and always give it my best," Browne boasts. "I have a tremendous motor."

He is being recruited at different positions for the next level. "Most schools like me as a defensive end and some like me as a tight end. Colorado likes me at linebacker and Indiana likes me as an offensive tackle. I prefer to play linebacker but that might be unrealistic with my size. I will probably end up as a defensive end."

He has written offers from Miami (Ohio), Ohio University, Akron, Syracuse, Pittsburgh, West Virginia, Kansas, Colorado, Northwestern, and Indiana. He has been on unofficial visits to Miami (Ohio), Pittsburgh, Syracuse, and Akron. "I am also going to visit West Virginia on the 27th this month and then I will call it quits for visits this summer. Then I will probably wait until after the football season to go on any other trips. I hope to take all five but we'll see."

Colorado is in a good position to get one of his visits. "Colorado is a beautiful place and I have a lot of interest in them. I also like the fact that they will give me an opportunity as a linebacker."

Coach Hagan is after Browne for the Buffs. "I have also spoken with Coach Collins and Cabral."

Browne says that Syracuse is definitely recruiting the hardest.
