Wanted: Offensive Playmakers

Colorado broke its fall camp Saturday, with an intra-squad scrimmage at Folsom Field. With classes set to begin Monday, the Buffs now have two weeks of regular practices to prepare for their season-opener vs. Colorado State, Sept. 3. In order to succeed in 2005, Colorado needs some playmakers to emerge on the offensive side of the ball. Inside, a look at several candidates.

After a disappointing 2000 season when the Buffs went 3-8, the team regrouped and went into 2001 determined to get to the Big 12 title game. Gary Barnett took some of his players to the stadium where the game was to be played when they were in Dallas for the Big 12 Media Days prior to the season.
